Dental Exam & X-rays
Dental Check-ups and X-rays in Silverdale, Auckland
Regular check-ups are the best way to keep your teeth and gums healthy and to catch small problems before they become painful or costly. At Dazzle Family Dental in Silverdale, we take the time to explain what we find and talk you through your options.
Check-up special – $60
For a limited time, our check-up special is $60 and includes:
- A comprehensive dental exam
- 2 bitewing x-rays
- A treatment plan tailored to you
What happens at your check-up
- A chat about your teeth – any pain, concerns or changes you have noticed, and your medical history.
- A gentle exam – we check your teeth, gums, bite and the soft tissues of your mouth.
- X-rays – these let us see between your teeth and below the gum line, where decay and infection can hide.
- Your results and plan – we explain what we found, answer your questions and give you a clear plan with costs before any treatment.
Why dental x-rays matter
X-rays show what we cannot see with the eye alone – decay between teeth, problems at the roots, infections and changes in the bone that supports your teeth. Finding these early usually means simpler, more comfortable treatment.
How often should I have a check-up?
Most people benefit from a check-up and clean every 6 to 12 months. We will recommend what is right for you based on the health of your teeth and gums.
